Tus Airways, Cyprus new airline has announced it will operate nine weekly flights from Israel to Larnaca International Airport.

 

The airline will officially commence flights on February 14. The company's aim is to connect Cyprus with the nearby countries in the region, as a response to the collapse of Cyprus Airways.

 

During the winter, Tus Airways will opertate seven weekly flights to Larnaca from Tel Aviv and two weekly flights from Larnaca to Haifa. Flights from Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv) will leave on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

 

Tus Airways, meaning “Τhe Ultimate Schedule”, will operate from its home airport in Larnaca, and will operate flights to various destinations in Israel, Jordan, Egypt, etc., including important cities like Tel Aviv, Athens, Amman, and Beirut and secondary Israeli airports, such as Haifa, Eilat.

 

The company's initial target is to fly from Cyprus to 16 destinations. Initially, Tus Airways will employ a single Saab 340B aircraft on flights connecting its Larnaca hub with Tel Aviv Ben Gurion, Haifa, Eilat Ovda Int'l.
