The companies said that the joint Black Sea service would be introduced in an effort to meet the agricultural season demand.
The new service, which will start in November, will operate at the following rotation: Alexandria – Ashdod – Novorossiysk – Alexandria.
The weekly service will feature two vessels that will operate on a fixed Ashdod Friday departure.
ZIM said that the new joint service offers an optimal solutions for agricultural exporters, reliable and with excellent transit time.
