Global Knafaim Leasing, a subsidiary of Knafaim Holdings Ltd., has announced the purchased of an Airbus A330, assembled in 2000, currently on charter, until 2019, to a South American airline.

 

The company has also announced the extension of two charter agreements signed with British Airways for the lease of two Airbus A320, for another six years, until 2022.

 

Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd. is engages in the acquisition, leasing, and sale of aircraft for airline companies in North America, Europe, Asia, South Africa, and internationally. It operates through two segments, Aircraft Leasing and Aircraft Spare Part Sales.

 

The total amount of the deal with Airbus is roughly US$38 million. According to the leasing agreements, the expected income from the leasing fees from the two air carriers is $19 million.

Global Knafaim’s fleet- 15 jets,(9 Airbuses and 6 Boeings) leased to 10 airline companies, in eight countries, on four continents.
