As of March 29, 2015, Sun d’Or is offering weekly scheduled flights to popular European vacation destinations – Nice and Naples.
Flights to Nice will depart on Sundays and Thursdays and to Naples on Mondays and Fridays .In addition, this summer a second flight will be added to Lisbon. Each week two flights will operate to Lisbon – one on Monday and another on Wednesday. They will operate as code share flights.
Sun d’Or CEO Michael Strassburger noted that: “We are pleased to announce our new destinations in Europe, Nice and Naples, as well as increased frequencies on our Lisbon route.“
Sun d’Or’s destinations are chosen with great care and are intended to increase the number of options available to the Israeli public, as well as to help increase incoming tourism to Israel.
The timetables to these destinations enable diverse vacation choices – romantic weekends, ‘short and sweet’ midweek vacations and, of course, trips of one week or more.“ As an EL AL subsidiary, Sun D’Or’s flights to these destinations will operate as scheduled flights that can be combined with EL AL's destinations in Europe.
