According to IAA a total of 10.1 million international passengers will pass through the airport in 2007, an increase of 14.5% over 2006
 
The Israel Airports Authority (IAA) said last week that the year 2007 was a record year for international traffic at Ben-Gurion Airport.
 
IAA said that the 10 millionth traveler this year landed last Wednesday.
The previous record was set in the year 2000 when 9.3 million passengers passed through
Ben-Gurion Airport.

In a statement issued by the IAA it said that according to its estimates that a total of 10.1 million international passengers will pass through the airport this year, an increase of 14.5% over 2006.
 
IAA added that in 2007 the number of flights will reach 63,200, up 10% from last year.
