EL AL had chartered a Boeing 737-800 aircraft to supplement its existing fleet in preparation for the company's winter schedule.
With the new chartered plane, the company will operate a fleet of 34 aircraft.
The new plane will fly on daily basis from Israel to European destinations.
In a separate news release, the company said it had recently added 13 weekly flights in order to meet high passenger demand to several world destination :
Two weekly flights to New York, four flights to Moscow, three flights to Paris, two flights to Madrid and two flights to Berlin.
The company had also announced a daily flight, beginning in November, to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida which will enable El Al passengers to continue from Atlanta on code-sharing agreement with Delta to final destination.
