EL-AL israel airlines has recentely introduced its state of the art new highly advanced computerized freight booking system, which was installed in 40 EL-AL's worldwide locations.
 
The new system will, according to mr. Danny shapira, head of the company’s cargo division, not only strengthen the commercial ties with the company’s clientell  but is also able to provide its customers with a 24 hours cargo tracking service which is fast and professional.
 
The newly introduced system is part of EL-AL’s new total business strategy which includes commitments towards high service level, up-to-date data availability etc.
 
According to mr. Shapira the introduction of the new system is the first stage in a highly diversified program which will gradually be introduced and which include a customer follow-up web system, E-boooking, import management system, road haulage management system etc.
