The airline's service from London's Luton Airport to Israel has commenced in 2009
EasyJet announced it will launch twice-weekly Manchester-Tel Aviv flights on November 1.
Easyjet offers flights to Tel Aviv from Luton Airport since 2009, with up to nine frequencies per week.
The airline says that it has carried more than 270,000 passengers on flights to and from Israel since inaugurating its Tel Aviv routes in November 2009.
Commenting on the new route Easyjet UK commercial manager Ali Gayward said: "There is a very strong cultural link between the North West of England and Tel Aviv, with a large Jewish community in Manchester and the surrounding areas. We hope this direct route will demonstrate our commitment to providing low cost flight options for popular routes.”
