The London-Luton Airport to Tel Aviv flights, launched in 2009, proved to be a huge success
EasyJet, the UK’s largest airline, began operating a year-round service to Tel Aviv from Manchester- the inaugural flight took off on 1 November.
The twice-weekly service will provide passengers in the region with flexible and affordable access to the Israeli city of Tel Aviv, as well as making it easier for Israeli passengers to travel to the North West of England.
The new flights depart Manchester on Monday at 1:15 p.m. and arrive in Tel Aviv at 8:20 p.m. Flights will depart Tel Aviv at 8:20 p.m. and arrive in Manchester at 12:55 a.m. The Thursday flights will depart Manchester at 11:40 a.m. and arrive in Tel Aviv at 6:55 p.m., and the flights will depart Tel Aviv at 7:50 p.m. and arrive in Manchester at 11:30 p.m.
EasyJet launched its first route to Tel Aviv from London Luton Airport in 2009. The service has proved to be a huge success, with 270,000 passengers travelling on the route since its launch, and the frequency of the route has recently been increased as a result – operating nine times a week at peak times.
