Four Boeing aircraft flew in formation at a height of about 1,000 feet along the Mediterranean coastline until Ashkelon
El Al Israel Airlines coordinated last Wednesday for the first time ever an air show in honor of Israel’s 61st Independence Day.
During the air show four of the company’s Boeing aircraft took off at two-minute intervals from Ben-Gurion International Airport.
The aircraft flew in formation at a height of about 1,000 feet along the Mediterranean coastline until Ashkelon, north of the Gaza strip.
The planes subsequently turned around, travelling along the coastline until Netanya, north of Tel Aviv.
