The new agreement which was signed by Mr. Avi Ben-Hur, Senior Deputy for International Relations, Civil Aviation Authority of Israel, and Mr. Catalin Radu, Director General National Civil Aviation Administration (NCAA) of Romania, will enable airlines from the two countries El Al and Tarum Romanian Airlines to operate up to 14 scheduled passenger flights a week on the route between Tel Aviv and Romania without any capacity restriction.

In addition each civil aviation authority will be able to designate a second airline to operate 7 weekly flights between the two countries.
