Following demand made by Antitrust Authority director general Dror Strum, Knafaim – Arkia Holdings, El Al's majority shareholder, announced last week that it was in advanced negotiations to sell its 25% stake in Maman Cargo Terminals and Handling.
The company said that the negotiations were held with to Taavura Holdings and Naftali Investments.
Maman Cargo Terminals and Handling operates the only active cargo terminal at Ben Gurion Airport.
