The Air Cargo Terminal has been defined as profit center.
The Maman Group known to be among the leading suppliers of logistic and aviation services in Israel has recently adopted a new business strategy aiming at widening its involvement in the logistic added value services as well as aviation services.
In order to develop new range of logistic and aviation services and due to the fact that the air cargo handling market is about to be opened for competition, the company decided to turn the air cargo terminal into a profit center and nominate a director whose sole responsibility would be the air cargo terminal at Ben Gurion Airport.
The group managing director Mr. Moti Levin will concentrate on the developing new range of supply chain management (SCM) services, logistics and transportation, TPL, warehouse management, cargo handling, archiving, and other services.
Mr. Eyal Baruch the present deputy director for operation has been nominated as the new managing director of the air cargo terminal. Baruch (48) has for the last 4 years been heavily involved in developing Maman's present organizational structure as well as in the development on new range of quality logistic services.
