Maman's air cargo terminal, located at Ben Gurion International Airport, said last week it registered a 10% increase in cargo movements through the terminal during September – November 2007.
In a statement issued by the terminal management it was noted that the December figures indicated further increase in activity.
Mr. Moti Levin, director general of Maman, said that favorable economic situation in Israel as well as the relative strength of the Israeli Shekel vis-א-vis the US dollar had brought about increase in import.
To be able to provide a high service quality the company had mobilized additional workers and invested in new equipment.
