"R.P.A. PORT Air Services" recently began offering airfreight service from Israel to Hanoi and Ho chi min city by Uzbekistan Airways, via Tashkent.
"R.P.A. PORT Air Services" is the nominated Uzbekistan Airways' GSA to Israel. The two companies have set up a highly successful partnership through which the companies are able to offer reliable freight services to many Far Eastern destinations as well as destinations within the C.I.S.
Mr. Dov Rapaport director general of "R.P.A. PORT Air Services" said that the freight services offered by Uzbekistan Airways to the Israeli exporting community is rapidly growing not only due to the wide range of destinations served by the airline but also due to service reliability and the highly attractive freight rates.
A company spokesman added that careful analysis of air cargo movement in Israel, during the first six months of 2004 , show that Uzbekistan Airways is rated 11th in air cargo movement from Israel. This market strength was achieved due to the company's highly reliable Far East service network which are served by only three weekly flights from Israel.
