40 Israeli exporters participate in 3 leading exhibitions in April

Some 40 Israeli exporters are participating this month in three leading exhibitions in France, Italy and the United States, within the framework of the national Israeli booths being set up by the Export Institute, says Yechiel Asia, Managing Director of the Export Institute
 
Asia estimates they will result in an increase of ten million dollars in exports. The goal is to expose and promote Israeli industry to the professional target audience in order to increase exports. The Export Institute estimates that participation in these exhibitions will lead to a ten million dollar increase in exports over the next three years.
 
On April 3, 13 Israel companies will participate in the MIP-TV 2006 trade show in Cannes, France. The exhibition comprehensively covers the realms of television programming, video, DVD, cinema, digital media, Internet, interactive television, commercials and more. Over 12,000 visitors from 99 countries throughout the world are expected to attend, and more than 1,500 companies to have exhibits. The trade show is designated for television production and broadcast companies, mobile transmission operators and IPTV, marketing managers, business development managers, creative development managers, and public relations executives. Among the participating companies: C.A.TV, F.P.A.D., JCS, Armoza International, Hyper Vision, Transfax, Maagalot, Noga Communications (Channel 8), Cinephil, the Hop! channel, and Wash Telekanal (Channel 9).
           
On April 6th, 12 Israeli companies will participate in the Cosmoprof Bologna exhibition in Bologna, Italy. The exhibition will draw some 12,000 professionals from the cosmetics industry. 1,650 companies from 45 countries will participate in the show, exhibiting cosmetics and toiletries products, hair care products, specialized gifts, fashion jewelry, packaging for cosmetics, spa products, raw materials, and more. The participating companies are: Lageen Tuboplast, Odeyah Industries Ltd., Sea of Life – Jordal, Spa Cosmetics, Active Systems, Chic Cosmetic Industries, B4U Ltd., Dan Mor – Dr. Wipe; Dr. Melumad Laboratories, Moraz – Medicinal Herbs, A. Meshi Industries, and Intercosma.
 
On April 10th, 11 Israel biotechnology and life science companies will participate in a trade show being held in Chicago for the international convention BIO 2006, in cooperation with MATIMOP - the Israeli Industry Center for R&D. 1,500 companies are expected to exhibit at the show, which should be visited by over 18,000 professionals from all over the world.

The trade show focuses on all areas of the biotechnology and life science industries. Among the participating companies: GeneGrafts, BioLineRx, Do-Coop Technologies, Rosetta Genomics, Rad Biomed Incubator, Hadasit, Teva, LinkaGene, Misgav Technology Center. Genzyme, and Meytav-Technological Enterprises Initiation Center.
