According to the report, tourism service which amounted to 18% of total service exports increased by 7%
 
The economic department of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce reported last week that in the first quarter of 2006 Israel’s invisible exports totaled US$4.9 billion, equivalent to 33% of total exports, a 8% increase compared with the preceding quarter.
 
According to the report, tourism service which amounted to 18% of total service exports increased by 7%, to US$830 millions. Transportation services fell by 2% to US$900 millions.
 
Other service activities such as commercial, industrial, recreational and Government services amounted to 64% of total service exports, to US$3.14 billion.
