The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber is organizing an economic development trip to Israel in November. In a written statement issued by the Regional Chamber it noted that part of the trip will be devoted to connecting with Israel's entrepreneurial and venture capital community.
The economic development trip will be the chamber's first trip to Israel and is the latest example of the business group expandingits overseas efforts beyond Western Europe and Japan, the traditional sites of its overseas economic development work.
The chamber will lead a group of about 20 business leaders, including representatives from Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Corporex Cos. and CincyTech.
Chamber officials will also meet with executives from companies interested in expanding or locating in the U.S., the traditional purpose of economic development trips.
