“Dr. Fisher” joins the USA Customs' C-TPAT security program

The US customs is about to approve the participation of “Dr. Fisher”, a well known pharmaceutical producer, in its international C-TPAT (Custom - Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) security program.

The application to accept “Dr. Fisher” to the C-TPAT program was submitted in 2003 by Florida's Unico company which acts as “Dr. Fisher”'s sole distributor in the USA.

The US customs is about to approve the participation of “Dr. Fisher”, a well known pharmaceutical producer, in its international C-TPAT (Custom - Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) security program.
 
If approved the company's exports will benefit from a fast customs clearance procedure upon entry to US territory.
 
Unico, owned by an Israeli businessman  Mr. Avi Tansman, is specializing in buying "Blue & White" Israeli made products. The company buys annually some 500 full container loads from 20 Israeli companies.
 
As part of the company's pre- joining examination process two representatives of the US customs visited the production facility in Tiberia.
 
It is understood that the representatives found the security procedures applied by the company to be highly satisfactory.
