Mr. Raanan Dinur director general Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor signed last week a unique high-tech cooperation agreement with the deputy mayor of the city of Dalian, China.
The city of Dalian is known as China’s third largest maritime port located in the Liaoning Province in Manchuria.
The city, which is one of the largest in China, has highly educated manpower and is also known as an important IT center. While in China Dinur opened an IT seminar featuring Israeli and Chinese telecommunications, software and venture capital companies.
Several Israeli firms: Tadiran Communications Ltd., Nice Systems Ltd., Alvarion Ltd.& AudioCodes Ltd., participated in the seminar.
