Israel's largest economic conference abroad is expected to take place in Milan this week: The two-day Israel-Italy Business Forum which will open on June 14 and is expected to be attended by more than 500 businesspeople from both countries.
The Forum aims to encourage business cooperation between small and medium-sized Israeli and Italian companies such asIsrael Water Tech, an initiative of The Israel Commercial & Investment Office, Embassy of Israel, and has the objective to streamline the cooperation among Israeli and Italian companies operating in water related technologies.
It is financed by Israel NewTech, the National energy & water program, that is led by the Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor, and The Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute (IEICI).
The conference is organized by the economic attachי in Israel's Embassy in Rome and the Trade Commission in Milan, and is expected to focus on water, health, science and security-related issues.
