The opening was attended by friends and family of Daniel Muszkat and his father, the well-known Israeli lawyer Yoram Muszkat. Muszka lived in Paris, where he passed away in 2005
 
The businessman Daniel Muszkat, grandson of the French - Polish painter, Adam Muszka, has organized an exhibition of Muszka's work at the Brodet Museum of Judaica and Jewish Culture of Tel Aviv from the 21st to the 29th of September 2008.
 
The opening ceremony was attended by friends and family of Daniel Muszkat and his father, the well-known Israeli lawyer Yoram Muszkat. Well-known Israeli personalities from the media, business and art world also attended the opening ceremony. Rabbi Yisrael (Israel) Meir Lau, the former Chief Rabbi of Israel welcomed the guests.
 
Some of the personalities that attended the event include: Mr. Eliezer Fishman, Mr. Reuven Adler (consultant of Former Primer Minister Ariel Sharon), Mr. Pini Zahavi (Super Agent of football players), Mr. Gabi Gazit (Israeli Radio and Television), Mr. Uri Lifshitz (Painter), Mr. David Tartacover (Designer), as well as some guests from abroad.
 
Adam Muszka lived in Paris, where he passed away in January 2005. He dedicated his life to painting his Jewish hometown of Piotrkov in Poland. He was a survivor of WWII and his paintings portray a deep longing to Jewish life in the "shtatel". He was influenced by the Belarusian painter Marc Chagall and the french painter Paul Cezanne.
