The South Korean delegation met Israel's Mekorot National Water Company one of the world’s most technologically advanced water companies
High ranking delegation of water specialists from K-Water (Korea Water Resources Corporation) and Korean transport and infrastructure ministries, arrived in Israel last week as guests of Israel's NEWTech – "NOVEL EFFICIENT WATER TECHNOLOGIES" the National Program Promoting Israeli Energy and Water.
The visit which was coordinated by Mr. Alon Shlesinger First Secretary – Economic Affairs Embassy of Israel South Korea, is aimed at increasing cooperation between the South Korean corporation and Israel's leading water management companies.
K-water is one of the major water treatment companies and one of the government enterprises in Korea. Since its establishment in 1967, K-water has been implementing national water resources management policies regarding multi purpose dams, water supply dams and regional water supply systems. It is also making a great contribution toward the development of the national economy and improving the quality of life for local people.
