Ofer Sachs, the present director of CINADCO - The Center for International Agricultural Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development - was nominated as the new director general of the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute.
Sachs (40) has B.Sc, in biology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and M.Sc in agricultural economics from the Hebrew University.
Between 2006 and 2011, he served as agriculture attache at Israeli mission to the EU, in chrage of agricultural relations with the EU at mission of Israel to the EU.
