Members of the presidium of the Federation of Israeli Chamber of Commerce paid a visit to Israel's President's residence in Jerusalem, to congratulate Reuven Rivlin for his election.

The delegation headed by Uriel Lynn, President of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce, Amir Shani, Vice President of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and joint managing director of Amit Ltd., a leading forwarding, clearing and logistics group.

During the working session, delegates raised several issues concerning the private and manufacturing sectors as well as freedom of employment.

Shani noted that "the president is an amazing person. I tip my hat to him". Shani added, "we didn't ask anything from the state but to let us work. He was attentive and said that the private sector is to lead Israel's economic policy and not the Government."
