For the fourth time since the two of the world's largest diamond bourses began cooperating, the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) and the Diamond Dealers Club of New York (DDC) will be holding an Israel Diamond Week in New York.
The upcoming edition of the event is scheduled for the week of October 19-22, 2015, and will be held on the trading floor of the Diamond Dealers Club of New York, at 580 Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan.
About a hundred Israeli diamond traders will be joining their American colleagues on the DDC trading floor during the week. Companies participating specialize in both white and colored diamonds and diamonds of all sizes including those of 3 carats and above.
Other companies focus on fancy cut diamonds including pears, marquises, ovals, trapezoids and more. "We expect, once again, to create many win-win diamond business scenarios for the members of both bourses and the visiting buyers, toward the holiday sales season,” says Israel Diamond Exchange President Shmuel Schnitzer.
