The Manufacturers Association of Israel reported last week that Israel's industrial exports recorded a decline of 5% in the months of October and November, leading to a cumulative decline of 9% since the beginning of 2012.
Ruby Ginel, director of the Manufacturers Association's Economics Division noted in the report that"In many cases, a decline in the industry's activity precedes a decline in the activity of the entire economy,"
The decline was recorded in most industries, led by mixed-traditional technology.
The mixed-elite technology industries recorded an increase in exports, moderating the decline.
