UPS Israel is expected to inaugurate its new, state-of-the-art express courier terminal within Ben Gurion airport's parameter.

 

The terminal which will have a state-of-the-art computerization and highly mechanized systems and equipment, will improve and provide more efficient import handling service, is due to go into full operation by the end of August.

 

UPS Israel is the only provider of express courier service to operate a customs approved terminal at Ben Gurion international airport.

 

Lior Sagie CEO, UPS Israel noted that with the inauguration of its new terminal, the company is well-positioned to provide one stop shop service to support customers in their quest for cost-effective, fast and reliable deliveries. Sagie added that:"The new cargo terminal has been carefully designed to enable the company the handling of large quantities of imported shipments, fast as well as in high quality. Import customers will now be able to enjoy the full benefits of handling parcels under one roof which save time and resources."
