AMIT Group has realeased a statement in which it announced the recent acquisition of “Hameshachrerim Mali Line Ltd.
“Hameshachrerim”, established in 1968, has been providing to the Israeli market for the last 40 years customs clearance services to some of the leading Hi Tech companies and other accounts in the Israeli market.
Merged into the Amit Group, Amit Group said in a statement, Hameshachrerim’s customers will enjoy a wider range of worldwide advanced logistics services, supplied by the Amit Group and Panalpina Worldtransport.
Ron Berry and Amir Shani, joined Managing Directors at the Amit Group, have stated that the synergy of Hameshachrerim with the Amit Group’s scope of services will enable Amit to give those accounts more opportunities in logistics solutions, with the highest standards in the market.
“The leading High Tech brands in Israel will receive our high standards of logistics services as supplied today to our customers as well as full supply chain management services through Amit and Panalpina, to the full satisfaction of these new customers” Ron and Amir are quoted.
Amit Management has stated such an acquisition is an expected step for Amit, which is a leader in the Israeli Market, and will be for the benefit of its existing and new customers, as well as its employees.
