Amital Data, a software solutions provider for freight forwarders will integrate with INTTRA and will be able to offer customers the largest network of carriers

INTTRA, the leading provider of e-commerce solutions for the ocean freight industry, announced last week an alliance with Amital Data Limited, a software solutions provider for freight forwarders, shipping agents, airline cargo sales agents and customs brokers.

By integrating with INTTRA, Amital Data Limited is able to offer enhanced services for its customs brokers and freight forwarding customers.

Israel's global provider of robust off-the-shelf software products for 20 years, Amital hopes its use of the non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) e-commerce platform will increase efficiency.                                                                                                                                                       As Israel's leading provider of software solutions for some of the largest freight forwarders in the industry, Amital Data Limited has been at the forefront of the industry for over 20 years. Its success in the industry is largely due to the company's ability to meet its clients ever changing needs and help improve global trade processes.

This alliance allows Amital Data Limited to add another level of service to its freight forwarding customers, streamlining the booking process by offering them the largest network of carriers through the INTTRA system.

INTTRA's e-commerce platform provides a single-point for all ocean shipment needs, including bookings, shipping instructions and track and trace. By eliminating manual processes, INTTRA and Amital Data Limited are able to increase efficiencies in the industry and help their customers grow. INTTRA users initiate more than 350,000 container orders per week, representing more than 12 per cent of global ocean container trade.                                                                                                                                                      Ronald DeBlis, vice president of sales at INTTRA said: "By expanding our alliance network we are able to provide the necessary tools to help increase innovation and secure standards that will grow the industry."

Iddo Amitai, managing director of Amital Data Ltd  noted that "INTTRA is able to provide a platform that takes many different manual systems and combines them into a single, electronic point of entry, saving our customers time and money".
