Following the opening of two new offices at Nitzana border crossing with Egypt and at Jordan River crossing, Kislev Forwarding and Trading Ltd. completed the setting up of a complete new basket of logistic services to its clients.

The company is now able to offer wide range of services to its Jordanian and Egyptian clients, including sea and air freight, road haulage as well as insurance, finance and customs clearing.

Within the framework of increasing the company's involvement in Israel's bilateral trade with Egypt and Jordan, the company's Egyptian agent Messers Sun Express paid recently a visit to some major Israeli exporters to the QIZ designated areas in Egypt.

Mr. Uri Ben Naim, director of Mideast department noted that the visits were highly useful to understand the special logistic needs and the bureaucratic hurdles involved in exporting goods to the QIZ areas in Egypt.

Ben Naim said that their Egyptian agent was able to overcome a few bureaucratic hurdles which would ease the flow of cargo moving to Egypt.

Ben Naim added that "Sun Express" were about to open a bonded warehouse on the Egyptian side of the international border which would exclusively handle goods traded between Israeli and Egyptian traders.

In early 2006 the two companies plan to organize a seminar in Egypt to Israeli exporters.
