Maman Euro Logistics SRO, a wholly-owned Czech Maman subsidiary acquired 65% of the Romanian IBT International Business Transport S.A. engaged in providing transport services and various logistics services in Romania and the countries bordering it.

Maman Euro Logistics paid Euro 2.855 million. Maman is a major Israeli company, which is active in the field of air freight, logistics, warehousing, passenger transport, archiving, security services, etc.

Maman Euro Logistics, 100% Maman subsidiary, is the group’s logistics branch in Western European Countries, operating an advanced logistics facility in the Czech Republic, near the German border. Remaining 35% stake held by IBT International Business Transport S.A. CEO, which is one of the vendors, will continue to serve in office for an additional period of five years.
