Shlomo Sharon re-elected as chairman of IFFCCA

The election to second term in office took place at the end of IFFCCA's annual conference held last week. The conference also elected four members to the federation's board of directors
 
Mr. Shlomo Sharon, deputy Chairman of Transclal Trade Ltd. was re-elected last week as chairman of the Israeli Federation of Freight Forwarders and Customs Clearing Agents.
 
The election to second term in office took place at the end of IFFCCA's annual conference held last week at the Tel Aviv Sheraton Hotel. The conference also elected the following four members to the federation's board of directors: Mr. Yoav Eli, director general of Aviad Ltd., Mr. Reuven Kreif director general of Krief Albatros Ltd. Mr. Amir Shani, director general of Amit Ltd and Sharon Sufrin of Sufrin Ltd.
 
Mr. Uriel Lynn, president of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce, who was present at the lunch reception, thanked IFFCCA chairman for supporting the business community in general and during the last war in Lebanon in particular. Mr. Jacky Matza Director General of Israel Tax Authority outlined Iasrael's economic performance in 2006 and noted that if the first quarter of 2007 will be as successful as the last quarter of 2006 he would recommend further tax reductions.
