Messers Transclal Trade, a leading Israeli international freight forwarder and customs clearing agent, has recently inaugurated a new weekly direct container consolidation service from Istanbul to Haifa.
The inauguration of the new Haifa service adds another dimension to the company’s existing service to the port of Ashdod. A spokesman for the company added that trade with Turkey had been expanding dramatically in the last few years and gradually more and more northern clients are demanding a direct link rather than via the port of Ashdod. Being the largest international freight forwarder in the bilateral trade with Turkey , Transclal Trade had no option but satisfy market demand.
Transclal Trade is represented in Turkey by Messers IDA a local freight forwarder which is focusing its activities towards the Israeli market. The company has offices in the main Turkish gateways: Istanbul. Izmir,Mersin and Gemlik.
The company has set up a Turkish – desk run by Turkish speaking person whose task is to provide communication support to the clients as well as on time logistics solutions in Turkey.
