A.M.A gave a farewell party to Hamburg Sd's Poul Hestbaek

A.M.A - Associated Maritime Agencies Ltd, a leading Israeli shipping agency, gave last week a farewell party to the Joint Managing Director of Hamburg Sud Eastern Med and Turkish Agency office, Poul Hestbaek. Mr. Hestbaek has recently been promoted as an overall director of Hamburg Sd's European trade.
 
The farewell gathering to which many customers and service providers were invited took place at AMA's new offices.
 
Mr. Yoram Hofman, AMA's managing director, expressed his thanks to Mr. Hestbaek for his long time service to Hamburg Sud in general and to AMA's services in particular.
 
Mr. Hestbaek noted in his reply that AMA moves annually some TEU32,000 between Israel EU and the UK and has, during the last year, increased its activity in the reefer container trades which has increased by 40% in 2006.
