Idan Ofer, Zim's Chairman of the Board, issued a press release informing the nomination of Alon Raveh, Deputy CEO in charge of business development at Israel Corporation, as Zim integrated shipping services new CFO.
Mr Raveh, a lawyer and certified accountant, has a vast experience in financial management as CFO of large industrial and real estate corporations.
The nomination of Raveh was announced shortly after ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, had appointed 57-year-old Rafi Danieli as president and CEO.
Raveh, 38, holds a master degree in finance from London University, was responsible for new investments ventures in energy, infrastructure and motor vehicles.
Raveh was previously employed as business development deputy director at Bino holdings and as business development deputy director of Paz.
