Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd, has announced that as of April 2006 the AMP vessels will call directly East Mediterranean ports instead of Adriatic ports.
 
The new rotation will be as follows:
Piraeus – kumport – Constanza – Haifa – Colombo – Singapore – Shekou – Hong Kong – Shanghai – Pusan – Vancouver – Portland – Pusan – Shanghai – Xiamen – Hong Kong – Shekou – Singapore – Haifa - Piraeus
 
The first vessel will be Zim Canada (ZCN/57W) ETA PUS 27/Apr/06.
 
The Adriatic service will be maintained by a dedicated weekly service connecting the international services via Haifa. The new rotation will upgrade the Israeli service by calling Ashdod as well as Haifa. 
 
Zim's spokesman added thay the above changes are part of Zim’s ongoing commitment to meet market needs.
