Data released last week by the port directorate at the Ministry of Transport noted that TEU 195,000 were handled by the three Israeli maritime gateways Ashdod, Haifa and Red sea port of Eilat.
Haifa port handled TEU 111,000 whereas Ashdod TEU 84,000. In total the two main port Ashdod & Haifa unloaded TEU 99,000 and unloaded TEU 96,000

Haifa port unloaded TEU 55,000 and loaded TEU 56 million whereas the port of Ashdod unloaded TEU 44,000 and loaded TEU 39,000.
During July the three ports handled a total of 3.57 million tons, Haifa handled 1.991 million tons, Ashdod 1.44 million tons and Eilat 81,000 tons.
In July the three port handled 23,619 motor vehicles, 12,216 in Eilat, 11,279 in Ashdod and 124 only in Haifa.
