Sammy Niego, Managing Director of Carmel International Shipping Services (1992) Ltd. was nominated the vice president of the Chamber of Shipping of Israel.

 

Niego replaced David Castel, who had been elected as President of the Haifa Chamber of Commerce.

 

The Chamber is an association representing maritime shipping entities in Israel and playing an important role in the maritime transport, trade and tourism industries.

 

Carmel International Shipping Services acts as general agents for China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co.: C.O.S.C.O, ADMIRAL CONTAINER LINE INC. (from Black sea/Turkey to Israel) as well as Empros Lines.
