Lloyds List reported that in the 2013 Shipper Sentiment Survey, Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd, received above average scores in most categories in 2013.

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services scored at the top of all categories, and overall performance grade with Asian Shippers was the highest among 10 global carriers included in the survey.

According to the Sentiment Survey, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services ranked first on five categories, including Consultation on schedule changes, On-time shipments, Container availability, Space availability on chosen vessel and Overall performance.

In the corresponding survey among European customers, ZIM was ranked 5th in the overall performance category.
