The vessel average capacity on the IES line will be TEU 4,000 each
Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has deployed a fifth container vessel to its Israel Express Service (IES), thus improving service frequency and reliability.
The improved MSC’s IES port rotation is: Rotterdam – Antwerp – Le Havre – Alexandria – Haifa – Ashdod – Valencia – Rotterdam.
The service will deploy 5 MSC vessels with an average container capacity of TEU 4,000 each.
In a statement issued by MSC Israel, the company noted that the deployment of the fifth vessel will provide suitable solutions to the fresh produce exporters.
The fixed day service will call at Haifa on Fridays and Saturdays and at Ashdod on Sundays and Mondays.
