Maersk Israel celebrated last week 13 years of service in Israel. The celebration was held at the Cassiopeia Banquet Halls and Gardens, next to the Herzliya marina in the presence of Mr. Eivind Kolding CEO of Maersk Container Business and Mr. Mark
Giesbrecht Maersk regional director.
The event was opened by Mr. Steve Felder, Managing Director of Maersk Israel who thanked the local guests for the support they have given and noted that over the last two years three new service have been inaugurated for the benefit of the Israeli shipping community.
Mr. Eivind KoldingCEO of Maersk Container Business took the opportunity to introduce Seago Line, a new A.P. Mרller-Maersk (APMM) subsidiary dedicated to intra Europe regional trades. Seago Line will begin operating in April in the intra Europe business of Maersk Line. Its scope will cover all Europe, including the Baltic Sea and the Med.
