Mr Detlev Kerber, President, APL Europe and James Brightmore director customer Support - Europe at APL who were on business visit to Tiran Shipping, Israel last week paid an official visit to the port of Haifa.
 
The two APL top executives were joined by Mr David Behrisch and Mr. Haim Avioz, managing partners of Tiran Shipping.
 
The guests met Mr. Mendi Zaltzman CEO Haifa Port Ltd, Mr. Eyal Donsky, deputy CEO, head of marketing division Haifa Port Ltd, Mr. Amnon Shamir, deputy CEO head of port operation and Yana Darom, marketing division.
 
During the visit, the port representatives noted their willingness to see APL expanding its shipping services to the port, in addition to the weekly call of the fully cellular container vessel, 802 TEU capacity M/V "APL Balboa."
