ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. announced last week the following enhancements to its East Med Express Service (EMX).
The service will introduce the port of Nhava Sheva on both Eastbound and Westbound legs. The Service will call the Russian port of Novorossiysk (instead of Illichevsk) as well as the Turkish Ports of Istanbul (Evya) on the westbound leg and Istanbul (Kumport) on the eastbound leg.
The first ship to call Nhava Sheva will be Zim Yokohama (YOK/4W) starting in Pusan on February 24th 2009.
Route: Pusan - Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Port Kelang - Colombo - Nhava Sheva - Suez - Haifa - Evyap Port - Izmit - Novorossiysk - Constanta - Ambarli - Istan - Haifa - Suez - Nhava Sheva - Colombo - Port Kelang - Shekou – Pusan
