Zim Lines’ new registered name: Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. ; Zim Finnancial reports will be presented later this week
The well known Israeli shipping company, Zim Israel Navigation Co. Ltd. which has, in recent years, widened its world wide involvement in logistics, has decided to change its registered name. The new name which, according to the management, will come into effect on September 30th 2004, will be: Zim Inegrated Shipping Services Ltd.
Spokesman for the company advised that all necessary steps had already been taken in order to replace the old name by the new, on all of Zim Lines' existing documents and publications. The spokesman added that the Registrar of Companies at the Ministry of Justice approved, on August 3rd, the new name. Hence after the 30th of September the company will no longer use it's old name.

On Wednesday morning, 18th of August, Mr. Udi Angel – Zim Line’s chairman, Dr. Yoram Sebbah – Director General of Zim and Rafi Danieli – Deputy Dircetor General, will hold a press conference presenting the company's 2nd quarter’s financial results.
It is assumed that Zim lines will present profitable figures for the 2nd quarter of 2004. In addition, during the press conference, Zim will present its long term business strategy in general and its policy in purchasing new container vessels, in particular.
