Zim's CFO awarded by the Forum of Chief Finance Officers

Rafi Danieli won the award for his contribution to Zim's outstanding growth in the international container sector. Danieli is responsible to Zim's network of 60 worldwide offices
 
Mr. Rafi Danieli, chief financial officer and deputy director general of ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, and Mr. Izhak Hevron, CFO of Danya Cebus, an international construction Company, won last week Israel's Award for Excellence which was awarded by the Forum of Chief Finance Officers.
 
The ceremony was held at the Israel Forum of Chief Finance Officers annual conference during which Minister of Finance Abraham Hirchson awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence to the Ministry of Finance, the Israel Tax Authority and Governor of the Bank of Israel Prof. Stanley Fischer.
 
The Israeli Forum of Chief Financial Officers was founded in September 1997. The Forum’s main goals are to improve the business and financial environment in which Israeli firms are acting, to assist CFOs of Israel’s leading companies in networking with their peers, to exert influence in Israel on issues relevant to CFOs, and to bring Forum members up to date on the most recent developments in the field of financial management. The CFO Forum has approximately 500 members, 120 of whom are CFOs of firms with a minimum annual turnover of $200 million.
 
Rafi Danieli won the award for his contribution to Zim's outstanding growth in the international container sector. Danieli is responsible to Zim's network of 60 worldwide offices as well as to the raising of finance for Zim's next generation of containerships.
