Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. is understood to be looking to sell its holdings in the road haulage company Tim.
The company which serves as the road haulage arm of Zim shipping services deliveries from ports to destinations throughout Israel.
Zim holds 51% of Tim with the Israel Port - Development Assets Co. holding 13% and a consortium of nine other haulage companies holding 37%. This consortium is considered the leading candidate to acquire Zim's holdings
at Tim.
